7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in the governing service agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless legally required.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable UK law, unless otherwise agreed in writing within the relevant client agreement.
